Do You Think A Loved One Was Arrested in Houston?

Over the years, Houston has become more of a hotspot as years pass and allure of the city continues to attract new visitors and residents alike. With that new traffic and tourism also comes the criminal element right alongside with new comers being caught at the wrong place at the wrong time.

If you have reason to believe that a loved one or a family has been jailed in Houston there are at least two sources of information online that can help find out if they are incarcerate in Houston.

The first one is the Houston city jail database, and the other one the Harris County Sheriff Office offender/inmate search.

In most cases, if an offender has committed a misdemeanor or felony criminal offense, or has been accused as such and then arrested by the Houston Police Department, usually they will be booked into the Houston City Jail, and then transferred to the Harris County Jail.

However, if a suspect is arrested by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office then they are on a one way ticker direct to the Harris County Jail in downtown Houston.

There are also a number of other small law enforcement agencies in Houston but eventually the suspect will land in the Harris County Jail if arrested in the Houston area.
