Death of the Presumption of Innocence
The presumption of innocence is a very important mainstay in the criminal justice system as it was intended by our founding fathers as a way to give the accused the benefit of the doubt when facing criminal charges in which a guilty plea would lead to stiff prison sentencing and punishment.
Operating under the guise of the presumption of innocence creates an environment within the matrix of the law allowing a mere citizen a fighting chance against the all-powerful superstate.
However, due to the irresponsibility of the communist socialist American news media, the news cycle, and the dumbing down of Americans via the long-term scheme by the shadow government of the United States, innocence means nothing in the eyes of a dumbed down populace programmed by the media with the expectation of guilt; damn the facts.
A great example of this can be found in the recent suicide by cop actions taken by Michael Brown (the Ferguson, Missouri nonsense) and the fat dude in New York that was selling single cigarettes that refused to cooperate with police.
The Murder of Innocence
In the case of the cop who shot Michael Brown, his innocence didn’t matter one bit once the communist socialist media responsible for reporting the news to the American people, got involved with the story so they could sell advertising to the spike of new viewers incensed by race bait programming.
With mind programming being proven to work on the American people, as evident by the hooligans destroying their cities in the name of a thug that committed suicide by cop, innocence means nothing when lies are sold as truth on the basis of monetary gain.
When Its Abused
The presumption of innocence is also commonly abused when white people kill their families and report to the police the all too common “it was three black guysâ€. As usual, later in the investigation, the almost always white folks who’ve reported that black people murdered their families were found to, in fact, have killed their families themselves.
The law is rife with opportunities for abuse. Do your part to protect the presumption of innocence in our legal system in spite of the mind programming being perpetrated by the communist socialist American media.
